I am seeking Lactnetters opinions of what is "reasonable-sized". what is an
acceptable *minimum* amount or volume:

1) per bm, for example: a tsp, a tblsp, an oz.....

and/or

2)  total per day, example: 1/4 cup or a "palmful"......

an amount or volume that new parents can use as a guideline to estimate
adequacy.
