I sit on the Advisory Committee with the USDA that made the recommendation
to Congress  for the use of food funds to purchase or rent pumps.
The William F. Goodling Child Nutrition Reauthorization Act of 1998 (PL
105-336) authorizes WIC State agencies to use WIC food grant funds awarded
for fiscal year 1999 and after to purchase or rent breast pumps.
