Thanks Veronica, This last section does indeed answer some questions.
It also makes me even more disgusted that Breastfeeding was spotlighted.
Maybe instead of lecturing her peers on the pitfalls of Breastfeeding, Miss
Walrond should be lecturing on the dangers of street drug use and parenting.

I still believe the Medicaid system failed terribly, and some investigations
should be done to prevent this ever happening again. Maybe some publicity
seeking attorney could file malpractice claims for her and donate the
proceeds to a clinic which would agree to see all babies...even if their
Medicaid status could not yet be confirmed.
Imagine, if they won a case like that!
