Lactnetters,

Your friendly neighborhood listowners are going to be at the upcoming LLLI
conference (and related pre- and post-conference events) and will be unable
to provide guidance to Lactnet. This includes helping people subscribe,
unsubscribe, go nomail or figure out why they can't post to the list or read
their mail. In other words, for the first time since this list was started
you are on your own!

I trust (as do your other list mothers) that you will all conduct yourselves
professionally and keep the topics on lactation and lactation related
topics.

With people getting ready to go to the conference and on vacation, I thought
this would be a good time to review the steps to get yourself to nomail.

Send a message to [log in to unmask] with the message:

set lactnet nomail

When you are ready to come back, send the message

set lactnet mail (or digest)

to the same listserv address.

If you have any other questions, you can re-read the welcome note you all
received when you joined Lactnet. If you don't have it saved, you can
request it by sending the command "get lactnet welcome" to the listserv
address.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and help in keeping the list
running smoothly while Kathleen, Karen and I are away.

Kathy

"Parents are often so busy with the physical rearing of children that they
miss the glory of parenthood, just as the grandeur of the trees is lost when
raking leaves. ~Marcelene Cox ~
