Perhaps you could let these MDs know that if a mom needs donated
breastmilk or wants to donate bm, she can contact Bracha Mann, Jerusalem
(Mekor Barukh).  She runs an informal milk bank for the entire country!

Also, you might let them know that women of ashkenazi descent have a
higher risk of breast cancer and it is important that they breastfeed for
the protective benefit.
