If you are talking about thin, clear shields by Medela we are talking about
the same thing.  Believe it or not "mexican" hat types and even the old
evenflo style (hard plastic with a bottle nipple attached) can STILL be
found in US pharmacies (until hidden  behind the rectal preparations by a
