This was circulated at work. My boss sent it to me, saying it was sick
humor. She got it from a nutritionist and former IBCLC!! I guess that
person knew better than to send it to me!

As I'm sure most of you know, the first two are not unusual in young
toddlers!
The second is even not unusual with babies, if you let them get started in
the habit! I didn't let mine play with the other breast, but my second
child played with the mole on my neck and got so much in the habit that he
got upset if I wouldn't let him. Nobody would say there was anything
sexual about that or call it "caressing," but if they play with your
breast, it's sexual. Why do we want to put "devilish" thoughts into
babies' heads? Another example is the idea that babies are trying to
control us and make our lives unpleasant, which I think is what's behind
the Ezzo type parenting methods. It must come from the idea of original
sin. I'm not sure if I've seen this addressed in the articles that refute
the Ezzo's interpretations of the Bible. Notice that the baby in the list
of ten signs is a "he."

Discouraged to find that someone I thought was one of breastfeeding's
biggest supporters here would circulate this as humorous.
