With respect to trying to come up with a proposal to allow breastfeeding
siblings of girl scouts to attend a girl scout activity -- I see no reason
to make this a "breastfeeding" issue.  Even bottle-fed infants need to be
with their mothers as much as possible.  I would much rather see a policy
that said "siblings under 12 months of age, regardless of feeding mode" are
welcome at all girl scout activities.  An active toddler, or 3-4-5-6-7 year
old, would probably cause a lot of disruption and should be left at home
with dad, whether breastfeeding or not.
