I've seen several mothers with serious oversupply whose babies had a
terrible time getting rid of yeast overgrowth. I'm wondering if the
excessive foremilk with the high lactose contributes to their difficulty.
The three worst cases of thrush that I've seen were babies who were
struggling with foremilk/hindmilk imbalance.

One of the most important dietary restrictions for a mom battling the
Yeasty Beasties is sugar. And here is her little one getting a
"high-lactose shake" every few hours.

What do you think?
