Nurses giving WRONG information

I work in a 20 bed maternal/Infant unit.  Most of the staff on the 7-3 and
3-11 shift have been there 20 or more years and are NOT BF friendly!!  I work
11-7 and when I go in to teach new moms the RIGHT way they are really
frustrated because they have had 2 shifts of conflicting info.  How do I even
begin to transform this place?  The nurse manager is sort of apathetic about
the whole problem.
