There are other things to use for psoriasis,  Has she been to the
dermatologist?  It is my understanding (from personal experience and my
dermatologist's info) that continual use of ultravate isn't a good idea as
it is a fairly high potency steroid.  My personal instructions are to use
an emollient and Dovonex.  Ultravate once a week if needed.  Maybe one of
