Ok guys, now its my time to ask a question. My local neonatologist ask me if
it was ok to breastfeed a premie while the mom is on dialysis.

Is their any data on this?  I told him as long as the mom's electrolytes are
well controlled I could not think of a reason.  He agree. I'm sure a number
of you have had experience in this.
