I've been talking to a friend who mentioned that her local baby-friendly
hospital is becoming well-known among midwives and doulas as NOT
breastfeeding-friendly. Word-of-mouth in the BF community is "don't go
there." I won't get into details, but my question is, what can be done?
Where specifically can women and HCPs complain when they see discouraging
signs from a hospital that is designated baby-friendly?

Columbus, OH (and no, this is not where the hospital is -- hell will freeze
over before this town gets a baby-friendly hospital!)
