I may be off the mark, and my speciality is not hormonal replacement
therapy.....but if the supposed culprit is a lower estrogen level, then
could she not use a smidge of estrogen cream on the perineal tissue to
ease the discomfort until she and the babe decide to wean naturally?
Might be worth a question to her OB.
