I am in the process of being hired as hosp. lc.  Problem:  Our hosp. has no
lactation program.  All of the OB fees are set up in a package payment
plan, meaning the patients pay a certain amt. to include all services.  In
order for the hosp. to hire a IBCLC they need to show how this can generate
a profit.  What programs could be used in order to show that this service
is making extra profit.  PR is not enough. Please e-mail me asap. showing
how to generate fees outside of this packaged ob fee.  This is the only way
that they can use my services.
