I think it might not be a bad idea to discuss this problem at a
conference. We all have clients who believe the wives tales about bf.
And what about handling rudeness? Clients who call at 11:00 p.m. to
make an appointment or ask a routine question; bringing back pumps late
and/or dirty; breaking appointments at the last minute because it's
too hot/cold/windy etc. My biggest gripe at present is cell-phones!
In the middle of a pre-natal lecture or an appointment, they always
go off!
