Hi All,
I need some recent info on these three subjects, please.

1) Antihystimines and reduced milk supply-
I know we have discussed this before and there is a bit of a controversy re:
this, as to whether or not the use of antihystimines can reduce milk supplu,
but we have seen a number of women present with reduced supplies (who are
full time BF'ers) and they all have intake of antihystimine meds for
hayfever in common. What updated research is there (or is there any?)
available to back this up? We need info that can be given to Drs not just
anecdotal referances (tho those from MDs might help too).

2) A friend is interested in getting insurance for herself (IBCLC) and has
no idea where to look. Neither do I. Any ideas?

3) Same friend needs to know the best places to get books (such as Paula
Meier). She has the LLL list but wants the "heavier" stuff. I have no clue...

Please respond privately (or to the list on the antihystimines) to

TIA!
