In response to the question as to whether the mother who lost her job for
pumping sued;  I do not believe so.  There were two women who had been
discriminated against who spoke at the press conference.  One was from
Michigan and did not mention a lawsuit.  I believe that the whole point was
that under existing laws she had no recourse.  The hearing impaired mother
who was present at the conference was from Maryland.  Her attorney was
present and said that they had no grounds to sue under existing laws.
Infact, there was a law proposed in the Maryland General Assembly last year
that was based on her case and it didn't make it through .
