One of my very first posts to Lactnet was on this very issue. Anyone
who is worried about green stools in a thriving, happy, baby, should
just wear sunglasses so they cannot tell what colour the stools are.

The fact that the mother has been off milk products for any time at all
is irrelevant, because the amount of lactose in the breastmilk is not
affected by the mother's diet.

It speaks volumes about our society that a mother could imagine she is
harming her happy thriving baby with her breastmilk.
