Hi,

This is my first time to write to you all. I have enjoyed listening in for
several months now. I have been an OB RN for 9 years in a hospital setting,
so I have a lot of experience with newborns, but need practice with older
babies. I had a question come up last week and I need some advice. Young
mom has 3wk. old, all is going well with breastfeeding. She will be away
from her baby for one week in May, baby will be 4mos. old. What kind of
pumping schedule should she start and how much breastmilk should she leave
with the caregiver? Thank you for your help.
