This drug is safe for nursing mothers, for many reasons, but
particularly because oral bioavailability is very low.  Like all drugs,
the amount in the milk depends on blood levels, which are low.  But then
very little is absorbed.

Propranalol is a good prophylactic drug for migraines.  And compatible
with breastfeeding.
