After reading Dr Jack's post that he is getting requests for his handouts I
thought I would repost the information needed to get them from me...I was
hoping to save Dr Jack some time and money and give a little something back
to all you Lactnetters who have given so much to me: wisdom, wit, gentle
prods. etc.
