Your responsibility is to your patients not to the ego of some
physicians who don't understand breastfeeding, don't care about it, and
don't want to know.  What nerve, to pretend to know it all about
breastfeeding, when, if they are like most physicians, they got zippo
about it during their training.

As Zorba says: "Life is trouble".
