Many of you on Lactnet know that we signed a letter of concern to the AAP
regarding the Ezzos' program (Preparation for Parenting and On Becoming
BabyWise).  The AAP Committee on Breastfeeding is interested in examining
this program more closely.  At a recent conference, Dr. Ruth Lawrence
mentioned her concern about scheduled feeding approaches and suggested that
the AAP needs to receive firsthand stories of problems to document the
concerns.  So, if you have encountered problems, please write to Dr. Lawrence
and share your experiences?  Letters should be succinct and professional,
appropriate for professional review by physicians.
