Has anyone had experience with breastfeeding/breastmilk feeding a baby with this rare condition?

I would like to hear how mothers have managed feeding in the early months as the Prader- Willi syndrome is characterised by hypotonia (muscle weakness).  At what stage does the hyperphagia (eating excessive amounts of food) become apparent, and how has this been managed in the breastfed infant?
