 Many mothers ask me what is the best way to sterilise their espressing
equipment
I am interested in reading studies so that all the health professionals here
can recommend a similar way.
Many mothers have microwave sterilisers but this is no good for medela
products and I have heard that the soaking solutions don't get rid of
thrush.Generally we recommend boiling. Nowhere could I find a
recommendatioin in the LLL Breastfeeding Answer Book.
