Yes, I believe your comment that Mr. Bauman took you more seriously because
you were a man.  Actually, that's the first thing that popped into my head as
I read his detailed, financially oriented response.

Maybe he was feeling really "overcome" with this female issue and all the
women responding that he kind of "took shelter" in the fact that he could
talk "man to man" with you. :-) (plus a very big <<<G>>>)
