It is nearly Easter and I am feeling particularly mellow what with warm
weather, flowers blooming (sorry if you are in Vermont and still up to your
elbows in snow or mud), and terrific new music my son gave me for Christmas
that I am still enjoying.

Anyway, after seeing Jan Barger's post about opening a bookstore without a
single book on breastfeeding-and why-I believe she needs some cyberhugs.
Why not send her one?

Also, I am wondering how the wonderful MDs on LACTNET are feeling, what
with all the "wasn't that really stupid for he/she/it/them to say" that has
been going on of late. I KNOW none of us was inferring that THEY are as
lacking in intelligence/critical thinking as their colleagues.
Nevertheless, I would like to gently suggest that we cool the "stupid doc
statements" for awhile.

How about turning things around and applauding the EXCELLENT care being
offered to breastfeeding mothers and their nursing babies? Surely, there
must be SOME of that going on!?
(At least I hope so!) :-)

Happy Easter, everyone!!!
