I don't have a lot of experience, but I can tell you what Dr. Randall Craig,
an infertility specialist in Arizona who works with induced lactation cases,
has to say.  I spoke with him a couple of years ago, and asked him about the
depression issue. He told me that 25% of women may develop depression if they
used metoclopramide [reglan] for over 3 mos.  He seems to have extensive
experience following moms, and has some who will breastfeed and take the drug
for a whole year.  I'll be interested to see what other people's experiences
have been.
