Has anyone considered unusual ductal or rather sinus structure when working
with mothers who have difficulty lactating? I feel like our pumps are not
giving us enough variety in tunnel shape and size availability, and I think
that some women with difficulty have not only a baby who has difficulty
getting the system working, but then a pump that cannot retrieve milk, and
the towell gets thrown in and then we assume it is insufficient glandular
tissue. Does anyone know have more extensive information on typical and
nontypical lactiferous sinus variations?
