We are having a rash of glucose water feeds at our hospital, where all water has been considered taboo for several years. Ranging from nurses giving some to baby to"calm him" so mom can sleep, to baby needing supplementation and being ordered sugar water rather formula (why not mom's pumped milk, I don't know). Anyway, Jack, you stated during the conference in Stockton, that you did not think sugar water was bad, used correctly.

What is "used correctly"?

Thanks, Chanita
