Hi Dani

Here in the UK the National Childbirth Trust have been recommending
massage with a large-toothed comb as a treatment for plugged ducts for
many years. The comb should be drawn through a bar of soap first until
it is very soapy and then used to gently massage over the affected area
in the direction of the nipple. It is often very effective.
