It is much easier to you to say with those initials after your name
instead of the ones after my name.  A few years ago a local pediatrician
more or less told me I should shut up because my interest in
breastfeeding was just a "hobbie" and I didn't get paid for it.  I have
added another set of initials since then but I doubt that it really
matters much since I cannot elevate myself to deity status.  I'm also not
much of a diplomat.
