Rehydration therapies are commonly used during episodes of vomiting and
diarrhea.  Maize and wheat are common allergins.  Aren't these to be avoided
during and following diarrhea?  If there is a choice (impoverished community
vs US) shouldn't we strongly rec. avoiding these foods at those times?
