Have any of you heard about using a large toothed comb to "massage" the breast while in a war shower as treatment for plugged ducts? One of our NICU moms shared this with me when she had a plugged duct. Her neighbor friend who had experienced a plugged duct had used this method and it worked. Well, it worked for my NICU mom, and it has worked countless other times for the lactating nurses I work with as well as many other NICU moms. Do you all use this technique also?
