Yes, this helps immensely!  Thank you so much for the information you've
shared - I've not been in this list long, but I was hoping you'd jump
in.  The mother will be delighted to hear what you've said -
even if she has to wait 10 days to nurse, this is so much better than
having to wean an 8 month old forever, which is what she had been told.
She is very strong and motivated, and I know she has the assertiveness
to insist on getting her milk tested.
  If you do find more information
too, I'd really appreciate having it to pass on to her as well.  Thank you so
