Thank you to the people who've posted on this tea - I realized in
my original post that it could have been construed that the baby
was being *given* the tea, and that is not happening.  Only the
baby's mother is drinking it, and they were wondering whether
the baby could be made sleepy from the amount that got in the breast
milk.  If I found anything out, I'll post it.
