Mary Kay,

I located some information on saline/peroxide soaks for plugged ducts
in my notes from a talk on mastitis given several years ago by Jan Riordan.

 The recommendation  was to soak the breasts in very warm water
(1 t salt to 1 C water) 8 to 12 times a day, followed by a soak in a
solution of 1/2 water, 1/2 peroxide (to ward off infection.)
