I am in contact with a woman in Washington state who has lost her job due
to her employer's discrimination against her as a BFing mother. This is an
excellent and winnable case and I will provide details to anyone who asks.
This mother has approached 25 lawyers in her area and no one will take
the case (even though Elizabeth Baldwin and others have told them that it
is a good case) because they are unfamiliar with BFing issues in the law.
Time is running out for this woman to be able to file her case. I have
contacted ACLU and NOW Legal Defense Fund with no luck.

Please, please give some thought to helping this woman obtain legal
representation in this matter. It is an excellent test case in the area of
BFing and employment, it is winnable and this woman's family has really
suffered due to her job loss. Ironically, it was a hospital that fired
her.

Please forward this message to anyone who might know of a way to help.
