Does anyone out there have experience assisting a breastfeeding mother with
Sjogren's Disease? My understanding is that it's an autoimmune disease
affecting the exocrine glands.

The mom is 35 weeks pregnant with her second child. Her milk supply "dried
up" after 6-8 weeks with her first child.

Any suggestions? Ideas? Words of wisdom? Rumors? Anecdotal stories?
