Cronk, Christine, et al. 1988
Growth Charts for Children with Down Syndrome: 1 Month to 18 Years
of Age. Pediatrics, Vol. 81, No. 1, January 19988, p. 102-110.

This is the place to start. Having ruled out heart abnormalities, if baby
has sufficient wet and poopy diapers, is healthy and happy, then specific
growth in weight should not be a major concern. Down syndrome babies grow
slower than the charts based on normal kids. Breastfed babies grow slower
than the charts based on normal kids. Put those two together -- a breastfed
Down Syndrome baby, and you shouldn't expect them to grow like normal kids.
This mother should get a medal!!
