Hi all,  I am nomail at the moment but I need an answer for a pt I am going
to see this evening.  She has had much trouble with milk supply.  Baby
is 5 weeks old.  We've done lots of additional pumping, herbs and herbal
teas, and are currently on Reglan.  I'm hoping to see some progress tonight
since today is day 4 of 30mg/day.  But she wants to know about oxytocin nasal
spray, just in case Reglan doesn't work.  (First-time mom, always needing a
back-up plan for her control)  She told me she uses it on her cows, she's a
dairy farmer, and wonders about it for her.  I know people out there have
used it with success but I also seem to remember some trouble with it.  Can
anyone share any info with me??  TIA  Please answer via E-mail.
