Great story, Karen. When you say:

Did you mean she expelled a clot of blood vaginally, or a clot of milk
from her breast??
As far a I know, a molar pregnancy always needs to be followed with blood
tests to be certain that all of the cells have been removed, and no
cancerous activity is occuring.
