Where could I get copies of growth charts for bf babies please?

Also, is there a method for calculating the approximate amount of EBM
required for a feed, similar to the 2 and a half fluid ounces per day
per pound of baby which is based on formula feeds? I have used this
figure as being the best available, and maybe given the variability of
demand, it is good enough.
