Susan, great piece! How about an editorial on this very thing? Reminds me
of "Miracle on 34th Street" when "Santa" tells customers that Macy's doesn't
have it, but Gimbel's does -- and everyone then gets on this wonderful
"marketing" bandwagon. Everyone ultimately wins, especially the customers.
