-Dear Lactnetters..today I had a patient, one day post partum who asked
for help with breastfeeding. Her baby was still held up in the nursery, so
we had a chance to talk. She told me that she is 32 years old and this is
her first baby. She is beeing folleowed in the breast clince because of
fibrocystic desease.and has had several biopsies. She was told that she
could breastfeed. In addition she stated ythat she had elevated prolactin
levels and that her doctors differed iin their
opinion------------------------------------
