Dear Lactnetters,

I saw an article about pregnancy and overweight in the newspaper this
week. It quotes "recommended weight gain" of 25-35 lbs. for normal-weight
women, (35-40 lbs. if having twins) and 15-20 lbs. for overweight women.
Can someone E-mail me privately (I am on NOMAIL) with sources to refute
limiting weight gain, preferably from mainstream journals, and summaries
of the conclusions of each article so I can respond. TIA.
