Hi,
I tell my moms to drink frequently to thirst, and not to go overboard
(meaning pushing the fluids).  This cleared things up for one mom who had
been told by her Dr. to drink at least 3-5 quarts of extra fluids per day to
keep up her milk supply!  AACCKK!!
Talk about being waterlogged!
