Why don't I ever catch my typos until after I send the letter?
In my letter re the mom with the hyperactive thyroid I typed "I gave".  I
meant to say "I gather".  I'm NOT giving her the thyroid function test.
I xeroxed info from Lawrence and Riordan/Auerbach and gave to the new
internist who is handling her case now and to the mom.  The mom switched
internists because she didn't like her previous (male) internist who gave her
the hard time about weaning.  The internist she switched to is a woman who I
helped last winter when she had twins!  (Took me five days to get those babes
latched on, but Dr. Mom is still nursing and has become very pro bf!)  New
internist was interested in info I gave her, but would like any more info I
can find.  Is very willing to work out a way to keep this mom nursing.  Our
good karma does come back to us!
