We have been having to zap at least 5-10 people every day from Lactnet
because either their servers are not working, or their mailboxes are full.
PLEASE...this takes me 40 min/night.!! I could be doing other
things...PLEASE..follow the rules.

Set yourself NOMAIL if you are not checking messages EVERY DAY. Or
unsubscribe if you are not interested.

This is a pain in my, well...just let's say it's a pain...and many times it
is really unnecessary, and it is bordering on inconsiderate. If you DIDN"T
take time to READ THE INTRO NOTES ON HOW TO WORK A LISTSERV, and RE:
NETIQUETTE for LISTS< Please do so. Remember,..we are real people here,
having to spend time to do this. We are all busy. READ THE INTRO MESSAGE AND
KEEP IT.

TO SET NOMAIL

Write to [log in to unmask]

with message

SET LACTNET NOMAIL

That's it. Kathleen
